美女万事屋是一部动画片，秋田書店の「週刊少年チャンピオン」にて連載されたコミックが原作のOVA作品。 　　スーパーグラマーでIQ160以上の頭脳を持つ完璧美女・輪玖舞は、相談屋を営んでいる。スゴ腕カウンセラーの彼女は、自前のスタイルを使いつつ、体を張って親身に相談に乗る。そんな舞が、どんな患者だろうと“その気”にさせて悩みを解決させていく、お色気コメディー。

Mai tries to find a doctor for a sick friend but instead got mixed up with an erotic dancer. A mysterious handsome man saves her from the grabby patrons and takes her to his grotesque grandma, who turns out to be a medicine woman. However, he suffers from split personality, so Mai tries to help him with testicular acupuncture which makes things worse. After these events she embraces her helping side and decides to help a movie star who has a phobia. He becomes violently ill when a naked woman is in his vicinity. Mai tries to help of course, but she's only human. After that, Mai's sick friend is visited by a shaman, who realizes that she isn't sick buy possessed by Satan. Mai helps her deal with the pesky demon lord. Finally, Mai and her friends go on a vacation to a house that turns out to be haunted. Or is it?
