人气女神：拉面食游记是一部剧情,喜剧片，改编自久部绿郎作、河合单画的《拉面食游记》。讲述引领拉面行业的清流计划社长芹泽达美，拯救在困境中挣扎的拉面店的美食咨询故事。

Tatsumi Serizawa is the owner of a popular and thriving ramen shop. She also runs \"Seiryuu Planning\", a food consulting company that specializes in ramen. Yutori Shiomi is a rookie when it comes to ramen. After angering Aya Natsukawa by insulting the shop's ramen, she comes for an interview for the consulting company. She declares that she can enhance the ramen even though she is an amateur.
